Certifications and Distance Learning

These programs have 5 purposes:
The 1st is to give long distance students a chance to learn martial arts even if they can not they can meet live regularly with an AKJA instructor. We have a program for all. Our Long Distance Training Program which is offered through our academy offers new students no matter where they live the opportunity to learn martial arts. Students can upgrade into one or more our programs within the Black Belt or Equivalent Training Association.
The 2nd is for the many martial artists out there who have trained in the martial arts for many years in 1 or more systems and want to teach or are already teaching without certification. Under the AKJA banner along with our technical training, guidance and total support we will help you develop your fighting system.
The 3rd is for students without martial art experience who can still learn with the help of our technology. We have a long distance training program designed specifically for beginners.
The 4th is for students or instructors who have experience and want to have their own school and teach. Our technology combined with our hands on training is a good base for future instructors to learn from.
The 5th is for any school or instructor that may want to add to their curriculum.
Our Goals:
To offer a distant learning option for new members. While our members learn the material on the tapes we will make arrangements to "train and eventually test" our new students. By having our students train the material on the tapes before hand, we can excelerate our teaching methods and produce a better quality student faster. The tapes are a "resourceful guiding tool" that will enable a student to learn the basics and prepare a them for one-on-one or group training with an AKJA instructor where they can be corrected as needed and fine tune their technique. This is not an easy program and by no means is a quick way to achieve rank.
It is our intention to groom our students to be the best fighters in the shortest amount of time. This is our daily approach to teaching and this same approach will be used for our distant students as well. It is also our intention to reward our students not only for their hard work but also for their dedication to the Beikoku Fighting Systems organization.
The benefits:
1) The AKJA is committed to the instruction, support and development of our members new fighting systems.
2) The AKJA is set up for students who may not have an instructor and wants to become a personal student of James Kovacich.
3) Beikoku Fighting Systems offers personalized programs that far exceeds any other training associations.
4) The AKJA offers support through email, email video clips and video. Any and all questions can be answered verbally & visually with this technology as well designing personalized training plans tailored to the student.
5) The AKJA has an annual hands on training requirement to be fulfilled. We can plan special training sessions in order to help our students fulfill their training requirements.
6) The AKJA welcomes new memberships in the form of both local and long distance training. Our training association is based in California and as it grows it will expand eastwards.
7) The AKJA offers hands on training with modern training applications. We use video as an enhancement for our students to help the learn faster and retain knowledge. We teach at an accelerated rate and tailor our teachings to the student.
8) The AKJA is a non-political organization and we humbly accept new students from any style whether they are new to the martial arts, have limited experience or already have a vast knowledge of the martial arts.
9) The AKJA has special "individual tailored programs" for instructor development.
10) The AKJA accepts independant instructors, schools or organizations that may want to add to their current curriculum or be affiliated with a new organization.
11) The AKJA apprentice instructors are allowed to start up small groups on their own under the guidance of the Association. It is our goal to spread "BFS/AKJA Technology" and help up and coming instructors in their journey. Please join us on our journey. For more informatin, click below.
